Service Delivery & Client Protections
Last Updated: August 14, 2026
These disclosures supplement the existing Digital Brand Suite LLC policies and Service Agreement. They do not replace any other policy.
They explain the included support period, what the client is responsible for providing, how third-party platforms are handled, and how production timelines are estimated.
1. 14-Day Support Boundary
The applicable project includes a 14-day support and communication period beginning at project completion or launch, as applicable.
Support, questions, revisions, requests, or assistance requested after the included 14-day support period are not automatically included and may require additional services or fees when applicable.
Ongoing support is available through a care plan or an additional service purchase.
2. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, approvals, credentials, account access, files, materials, and other items reasonably required to complete the project.
Failure or delay in providing required information, materials, approvals, or access may delay production and may affect the originally estimated completion timeline.
3. Third-Party Platforms, Services, and Integrations
Digital Brand Suite is not responsible for outages, failures, delays, restrictions, policy changes, processing delays, technical limitations, or other issues caused by third-party platforms, providers, applications, integrations, or services.
This includes, where applicable:
- Payment processors
- Shopify
- Domain providers
- Hosting providers
- Email providers
- Software platforms
- Third-party applications
- Integrations
- External services required for the client's website or business systems
4. Production Timelines
Published production timelines are estimates based on the selected package and assume that the client provides required information, materials, approvals, and access in a timely manner.
Production timelines may be affected by:
- Missing information
- Missing content
- Missing images
- Missing credentials or access
- Delayed approvals
- Client-requested changes
- Third-party delays
- Platform issues
- Holidays
- Seasonal production volume
5. Holiday and Seasonal Production
Holiday periods and unusually high production volume may affect production scheduling, availability, and estimated completion timelines.
A published production timeline is not an absolute guarantee when circumstances outside Digital Brand Suite's reasonable control affect production.
6. Terms Acknowledgment
Before proceeding with payment and project onboarding, the client must have access to the applicable Terms and Conditions, Service Agreement, Cancellation Policy, applicable service policies, and applicable third-party and integration disclosures.
The checkout and onboarding process requires the client to acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to the applicable terms before completing the transaction.
