Recording & Privacy Policy

No Recording Without Permission

Digital Brand Suite LLC does not authorize clients to record sessions by default.

Clients may not record, capture, reproduce, distribute, publish, livestream, or broadcast a session without prior written authorization.

This includes:

• Audio recording
• Video recording
• Screen recording
• Photography
• Meeting recording
• AI transcription
• AI meeting assistants
• Automated note-taking systems that capture session content
• Recording applications
• Recording pens
• Cameras
• Mobile phones
• Tablets
• Computers
• Smartwatches
• Smart glasses
• Meta glasses
• Other wearable recording devices
• Any other device or technology capable of capturing session content

Written Permission Required

A client who wishes to record a session must request permission before the session begins.

Digital Brand Suite LLC may approve or decline the request.

Permission for one session does not authorize recording future sessions.

Unless express written authorization has been provided, the session is considered non-recordable.

Personal Notes

Clients may take ordinary written notes for personal use unless otherwise instructed.

Notes may not be used to reproduce, distribute, teach, sell, publish, commercialize, or otherwise exploit Digital Brand Suite LLC's proprietary systems, methodologies, frameworks, processes, or intellectual property.

Unauthorized Recording

Unauthorized recording or distribution of session content may constitute a violation of the applicable agreement and Digital Brand Suite LLC's intellectual-property rights.

Digital Brand Suite LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
