Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Nonrefundable Payments

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, payments made for Digital Brand Suite LLC services are nonrefundable.

Once payment has been submitted for a project or service, the payment is considered committed to the applicable service.

A client changing their mind, changing business direction, becoming unavailable, experiencing a change in business circumstances, or deciding not to continue does not automatically create a right to a refund.

2. Client Cancellation

A client may request cancellation in writing.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

The client remains responsible for amounts properly earned, approved expenses, third-party expenses, and other amounts owed under the applicable agreement.

3. Client Delays

The client is responsible for providing required information, content, materials, approvals, feedback, and access.

Failure to provide required materials may delay the project.

Client-caused delays do not automatically create a refund or extension of included project support periods.

4. Project Termination

Digital Brand Suite LLC may terminate or pause a project when permitted by the applicable agreement and law, including circumstances involving:

• Nonpayment
• Repeated failure to cooperate
• Abusive conduct
• Harassment
• Threatening conduct
• Repeated violations of communication expectations
• Material breach of the applicable agreement
• Conduct that makes continued work unreasonable

Payments already made remain nonrefundable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Completion Following Termination

When Digital Brand Suite LLC terminates a project, the company will determine what remaining deliverables, if any, are reasonably required under the applicable agreement and applicable law.

6. Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this policy is intended to eliminate any refund, cancellation, or other right that cannot legally be excluded.
