Appointments

Appointments may be scheduled through the applicable portal scheduling system.

Strategy Sessions are intended for active clients and may be available through the authenticated client portal according to the applicable package or service terms.

Account Security

Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Clients should not knowingly share their portal credentials with unauthorized individuals.

Clients should notify Digital Brand Suite LLC if they believe their account has been accessed without authorization.

Portal Files

Files uploaded to the portal are intended for authorized project participants.

Clients may not use the portal to upload unlawful, malicious, abusive, or unauthorized material.
