Payment & Checkout Policy

Payment in Full

Website packages are purchased through the applicable checkout process and are configured as paid in full unless a specific written agreement states otherwise.

The amount displayed at checkout represents the amount due for the applicable purchase.

Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

Digital Brand Suite LLC does not control the security, availability, policies, or technical operation of third-party payment processors.

Nonrefundable Payments

Payments are nonrefundable as described in the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and Service Agreement, except where a refund or cancellation right cannot legally be excluded.

Additional Services

Services outside the selected package may require an additional fee.

Additional services will not automatically be considered included merely because they are discussed during a project.

Checkout Acknowledgment

Before completing checkout, the client should have an opportunity to review the applicable policies and project terms.

The client may be required to affirm that they have reviewed and agree to the applicable terms before completing the purchase.
