Clients are responsible for the content and materials they provide to Digital Brand Suite LLC.
This may include:
- Logos
- Photographs
- Text
- Graphics
- Videos
- Documents
- Trademarks
- Brand assets
- Product information
- Other business materials
The client represents that they own or have permission to use the materials supplied.
The client is responsible for claims arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe another person's or company's rights.
Digital Brand Suite LLC is not responsible for determining whether client-provided materials are legally owned or licensed unless a separate service has specifically been purchased for that purpose.
Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving final website content before publication.
