Legal Hierarchy
These public policies are not a replacement for the signed Website Design & Development Agreement. The documents serve different purposes.
The public website policies establish general rules and disclosures applicable to website visitors and clients.
The Website Design & Development Agreement establishes the specific contractual terms for an individual project.
The applicable package, quotation, invoice, proposal, and other documents expressly incorporated into the project agreement may establish additional project-specific terms.
